Our router and laser lines run four kinds of work. Decorative and architectural: mashrabiya-pattern screens, partition panels, and feature walls for interiors and facades. Signage components: letters, faces, backers, and stencils feeding our own signage line — and yours, if you’re a sign shop that needs overflow capacity. Retail and display: fixture parts, display components, and point-of-sale structures at batch volume. And production parts: repeat-run components for workshops and manufacturers who need a reliable cutting partner rather than their own machine. One-off prototypes and hundred-piece runs price differently — tell us the quantity and we quote both.

What file formats do you accept?
DXF and DWG are ideal; AI, EPS, and PDF work for most decorative jobs. Files should be vector paths at 1:1 scale with cut, engrave, and fold layers separated. No file? Send a dimensioned sketch or photo and our team redraws it for production.
What materials and thicknesses can you cut?
Send the material, thickness, dimensions, quantities and intended finish. We check which cutting process suits the part and confirm the feasible specification before quoting. For supplied sheets, material condition and suitability must be reviewed first.
Do you do one-off pieces or only production runs?
Both. One-off prototypes, single decorative panels, and repeat production runs all go through the same lines — quantity changes the price per piece, not whether we'll take the job. Ask for the quantity-break table in your quote if you're deciding how many to order.
What tolerance can I expect?
Required tolerances depend on the material, thickness and process. Show us how the parts fit together and identify the critical dimensions. We confirm the achievable specification and whether a sample or test fit is needed before approving the full run.
How fast is turnaround?
The lead time depends on file readiness, material availability, quantity and finishing. Include your required date when sending the drawings. The quote confirms the production and collection or delivery schedule, including whether an urgent slot is feasible.
