Your stand doesn't have to be ours
You can ask us to review a complete stand brief or a defined production and installation package. Send the drawings, equipment list, venue rules and work already assigned to other suppliers. We identify the tasks MBS can take on, the handover points and any external arrangements needed before confirming the quote.

The cheapest install crew disappears when the show opens — which is exactly when a screen fails or a counter takes a forklift hit. Our crews hand over tested and stay reachable through open days, with parts and tools at the factory behind them. That’s the service exhibitors remember, and the reason they book the next show early.

Can you install a stand another company built?
Yes. Send the technical drawings and venue details; we quote installation, dismantle, and any repairs or adaptations. For stands arriving from abroad, we can receive freight, install to your contractor’s drawings, and document handover with photos and video for your team.
Do you rent AV and furniture, or only supply with builds?
Equipment and furniture are specified for each project. The quote confirms the items, supply arrangement, delivery, setup and return requirements where relevant. Availability and alternatives are reviewed before approval so you know exactly what is included.
Can you re-skin our existing stand for a new campaign?
Yes — graphics re-skins are the core of the storage-and-reuse model. We survey or measure the structure, produce new skins on our own printers, and install them. If the stand is stored with us, re-skinning happens at the factory before the show, not on the floor.
What does show-day support cost?
Support is scoped around the equipment, show hours and type of assistance required. Ask us to include on-site support in the brief; the proposal will state attendance, contact arrangements, included tasks and any additional charges. Response times are confirmed in that agreement.
