Custom trade show booth design at MBS goes from brief to 3D concept to our own factory floor. You approve the concept, review the structure before it ships, and meet the production team at the venue installation. Share your floor plan and show date so we can define the build and provide an itemized quote.
Custom props and themed display elements
Product-shaped structures, sculpted scenery and dimensional display features can be scoped alongside a custom build. Share the reference, scale, intended use and access dimensions so we can review the supporting structure, finish, assembly and installation. A display-only prop has different requirements from a piece that holds products or is touched by visitors. Reuse, packing and storage should be discussed before fabrication. Lighting and other equipment are included only where specified in the agreed scope.

Cost drivers
What actually moves the price
The main cost drivers are the footprint and height, materials and finish, lighting and display equipment, and installation requirements. A reuse plan can also affect how the structure is made and packed. The quote separates these items so you can assess where to simplify the design or invest in a particular detail.

How many design revisions are included?
The proposal sets out the design deliverables, included revision rounds and approval stages. We gather your feedback together at each stage. If a change adds work after approval, we explain its cost and effect on the schedule before proceeding.
Can you match a stand we saw at another show?
We can design to the same standard and effect, engineered for your space and brand — we don't copy another company's protected design. Send the reference photo; you'll get a concept that captures why the reference worked, legally and better fitted to your objectives.
What if something breaks at the show?
Our install crew hands over a snagged, tested stand before opening, and we're on call through show days — the team that built it is the team that fixes it. Damage from venue traffic or third parties is repaired at cost, fast, because parts and tools exist in our own factory.
