Will you ever contact our client directly?
No. Client ownership is the foundation of white-label work — communication runs through you unless you explicitly put us in the room. On site, crews work to your project identity where required, and handover documentation carries your branding, not ours.
How fast can you support a live pitch?
Send the concept, dimensions, location and deadline. We review the information needed for feasibility and costing, then confirm the response schedule and any design work required. Flag a pitch deadline at the start so the team can assess what can be prepared in time.
Can you build from our 3D files?
Yes. We produce engineering drawings from your approved design, flag structural or budget conflicts before production, and build to match the render. If your file is concept-stage, our team develops it to production level under your direction and your name.
We're not based in Saudi Arabia. Can you deliver our project?
We can review a local production and installation brief for an overseas agency. Share your contracting requirements, drawings, venue information and delivery responsibilities. The proposal confirms the services MBS will provide, documentation and any arrangements you need to make with other parties.
How is confidentiality handled?
Drawings, pricing, and campaign details stay between us — an NDA template is available and signed on request. Your client lists and creative are never used in our marketing without written permission; unbranded process shots only, and only with your sign-off.
