Big 5 Construct Saudi: plan your visit and booth

Big 5 Construct Saudi’s official site now lists two 2027 editions at Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center: 24–27 May and 19–22 September. Choose the relevant edition before making an enquiry. This guide separates visitor information and space bookings from the design, fabrication and installation of your exhibition booth.

Choose the edition before choosing an enquiry form

The official website now distinguishes two 2027 editions, with separate exhibition-space enquiry routes. Read the theme and date of the edition that matches your objectives before contacting the organizer. An old calendar entry or saved registration link may describe the completed 2026 season. The MBS 2026 Riyadh calendar retains its historical entries, while this guide identifies the editions currently advertised by the organizer. For a visitor trip, use the official event site for registration availability, opening hours and eligibility. A booking enquiry for exhibition space is a different intent from registering as a visitor, and neither of those actions commissions MBS to produce a booth. Keep the organizer’s response and reference number when you make an enquiry, and contact its team for any correction. If the visitor route for your chosen edition is not yet available, check official updates rather than assuming a past pass or another edition’s form will apply.

Riyadh Front is the destination for the advertised editions

The current Big 5 site names Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center for both advertised 2027 editions. Do not replace that destination with RICEC when making travel or delivery arrangements. Confirm the current edition’s arrival instructions, daily opening hours, hall and entrance before your visit. Space allocation and contractor delivery information belong to the exhibitor journey and may use a different gate or timetable. If you need accessibility assistance, ask the organizer to confirm the route and support available for your selected day. For meetings, share the company name, hall and booth number rather than only the venue name. If you are comparing dates with an older brochure, use the current event information and clarify any conflict with the organizer before booking. This page does not publish permanent gate assignments, transport times or universal parking rules because those details need to be tied to the correct edition and visitor category.

Construction product displays: decisions to resolve early

Make the product display the starting point

Construction exhibits often need more than a graphic backdrop: visitors may want to inspect a material finish, compare samples or understand a technical assembly. List the display items first, including their dimensions, weights and how they should be viewed. Identify what is a static sample and what is intended to operate during the show. The booth layout can then account for visitor circulation, sample storage, meeting space and access to replace or maintain the display. Do not assign machinery or heavy samples to a counter without confirming the supporting design and venue requirements. A smaller footprint may suit a focused sample range; a larger allocation may allow separate display and meeting zones. The correct choice depends on the product brief and allocated floor plan, not a universal booth-size recommendation. MBS reviews the agreed fabrication and installation scope. Technical services, organizer approvals and exhibition-space fees need clearly assigned responsibilities rather than being assumed part of the production price.

Work back from the organizer’s handover requirements

Once your exhibition space is confirmed, request the current exhibitor manual and send it with the floor plan, open sides, product list and required handover date. Ask who is responsible for drawing submissions, service orders, equipment delivery and access permits. Then agree a production schedule that includes design decisions and approvals, rather than only the public opening date. MBS checks fabrication and installation feasibility before confirming a production slot. Where your equipment or samples arrive separately, coordinate the delivery sequence and a combined inspection. Record the agreed scope at handover, including any outstanding action and its owner. Decide which parts will be dismantled for reuse and how they will be packed and transported afterwards. A previous edition’s build-up deadline should not be carried into the new project without confirmation. This guide does not claim approved-contractor status or a previous MBS Big 5 build; those claims require project-specific evidence.

Common questions

Why does this guide mention 2027 while the calendar says 2026?

The organizer’s current homepage advertises May and September 2027 editions. The Riyadh 2026 calendar preserves its dated 2026 entries as a separate reference. Check the edition when following an enquiry or registration link, and confirm any future booking against the organizer’s current information before committing to travel or production.

Is exhibition-space booking the same as ordering a booth?

No. Exhibition space and event participation are arranged with the organizer. Booth design, fabrication, transport and installation are a separate production scope. Send the allocation and exhibitor manual to MBS for a build quotation, and compare what your organizer’s package includes before commissioning additional graphics, structures, furniture or services.

How early should we contact MBS?

Contact us when the edition, floor plan and required handover date are known. Send the exhibitor manual and product-display requirements so we can assess feasibility and confirm an available production slot. We do not publish an invented cut-off date: the schedule depends on design approval, materials, organizer requirements and actual factory availability.
