Confirm the edition before registering
Use the registration link supplied by the FMF website, and check which edition the organizer confirms before arranging travel. At our review, the site header promoted 12–14 January 2027, while older reports and some media labels still referred to other dates. The linked registration landing asks for an email address and says existing registrants will receive a verification code; that landing alone does not establish your pass category or edition. Keep the organizer’s confirmation and use its support route if those details are unclear. Do not assume that registering for the forum gives access to every meeting, session or exhibitor area. Review the current programme and badge conditions for the activities you want to attend. MBS does not issue admission, approve registrations or recover registration codes. The organizer remains the source for those actions, including any correction to the dates displayed elsewhere on its site.
Use the venue details attached to your confirmation
The organizer’s venue reference names King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh. Reconfirm that location and the entrance instructions in the information for your booked edition before choosing transport or delivery arrangements. Do not substitute RICEC, Riyadh Front or Malham simply because each hosts major events in the city. A venue name is only the starting point: the meeting room, exhibition hall, badge collection point and contractor loading entrance may have different access arrangements. For a visit, keep your confirmation available and check the current programme for the sessions you plan to attend. For an exhibition delivery, request the hall allocation, approved loading route and vehicle requirements from the organizer. We do not publish a fixed gate, travel time or parking entitlement without current edition guidance. Share any access or mobility requirements with the organizer early enough to confirm the appropriate arrangements.
Match your mining display to the conversation
| Display objective | Brief the production team | Check before approval |
|---|---|---|
| Mineral samples | Sample dimensions, weights and display surfaces | Handling, security and access to each sample |
| Equipment or models | Full dimensions, total weight and demonstration method | Transport route, floor loading and service needs |
| Investment meetings | Team size, seating and desired privacy | Circulation, noise and meeting capacity |
| Maps and project information | Approved artwork, screens and language requirements | Readability, version control and power locations |
Choose what visitors need to see and discuss
A minerals display can centre on a physical sample, a piece of equipment, a project map or an investment conversation. Tell us which activity matters most before selecting the booth layout. Samples need a surface that suits their size and handling requirements; models need clear sightlines; meetings need seating and enough separation from the entrance to avoid blocking circulation. If the team will present digital maps or project information, specify the screens, approved content and electrical requirements. Record who supplies and operates the equipment, rather than assuming those tasks are included in fabrication. Bring the actual allocated dimensions and open sides to the review. A compact booth with one clear demonstration can serve a different purpose from a larger meeting-led layout; we do not assign a recommended size without the brief. Our comparison table helps identify the details that change the production scope, without implying that MBS has completed a project at FMF.
Build the schedule from the exhibitor manual
Ask the organizer for the current drawing submission deadline, service order dates, contractor access window and required handover time. These are separate from the public forum dates. Send that information with the floor plan, display inventory and approved brand files so we can assess the production work and confirm availability. If equipment or samples arrive from another supplier, agree who receives them and when the combined display can be checked. Before dispatch, review the agreed dimensions, graphics, finishes and packing list. At installation, inspect the completed scope against the approved design and record any remaining work with a responsible contact. Plan dismantling and the return of samples or reusable components before the event closes. MBS confirms production slots against the actual brief and approvals; an itemized quote within 48 hours of complete information is not a promise to manufacture a booth in two days.
