Compare ticket access before starting registration
Start at the official 2026 ticket page and compare the access offered by each pass against your reason for attending. Exhibition entry, conference content, networking and training are different activities; a pass name alone is not enough to establish that it covers all of them. Check the benefits and any application conditions displayed before booking. If you are attending for a particular training course, confirm the course choice and availability within the registration flow instead of relying on a general event description. Keep the booking confirmation and use the organizer’s support for ticket questions, access changes or recovery. Prices and availability can change, so this guide links to the live selection rather than reproducing a price that may expire. An MBS booth quotation does not include visitor tickets, training admission or exhibition space unless a separately agreed scope explicitly says otherwise.
Head to Malham using your pass information
Black Hat MEA 2026 is at Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham. It is a different destination from RICEC on King Abdullah Road and from Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center. Use the current organizer directions for your pass and travel method before departure. The organizer’s FAQ says visitor opening times vary by pass category and event day; check those details near your visit rather than assuming the same hours for every attendee. Parking, transport and access entitlements should likewise be confirmed from the current visitor guidance. If you are joining an exhibitor team, ask the organizer which badge is required for the day and task. A visitor ticket should not be treated as permission to enter during construction or dismantling. For a delivery, obtain the approved loading entrance and vehicle instructions from the exhibitor manual before dispatch.
Brief a cybersecurity demonstration booth
| Area | Define in your brief | Coordinate before production |
|---|---|---|
| Live demonstration | Screen count, presenter position and audience space | Equipment supplier, power and connectivity |
| Hands-on station | Device dimensions, seating and cable routes | Device access, supervision and reset process |
| Customer meeting | Team size, privacy and meeting duration | Seating, circulation and nearby demonstrations |
| Secure storage | Equipment cases and staff belongings | Access responsibility and daily opening procedure |
Make the demonstration work as well as the graphics
A cybersecurity booth often needs to accommodate a presenter, screens, devices and conversations at the same time. Start with the demonstration sequence: where the presenter stands, what the visitor can see, and how many people can gather without blocking the aisle. For a hands-on station, give the production team the actual device dimensions and cable requirements. Identify who supplies the devices, configures the demonstration and restores it between visitors. That operating work is separate from the counter, graphics and physical installation. Review connectivity with the organizer and your technical team; a screen or cable opening in the drawing does not establish that a suitable network service is included. Plan meeting space and storage around those functions. Use approved demonstration content and keep confidential customer information out of visible presentation materials. MBS’s role is the agreed physical production scope, not cybersecurity consulting or approval of the demonstration environment.
Test the assembled display before opening
Work back from the organizer’s required handover time, using the current deadlines for drawings, services and contractor access. Send those dates with your allocation, screen sizes, device inventory and brand files so we can assess the production slot. Agree when the technical team can install its equipment and run the demonstration in the finished booth. That check should cover sightlines, cable access, screen placement, counter use and circulation as well as the visual finish. Record who resolves a device fault, a content issue or a physical installation issue during the event. Before dismantling, confirm the release time and prepare a separate inventory for equipment, reusable booth components and graphics. We do not publish an invented last-order date or claim approved-contractor status. Availability and delivery commitments depend on the actual scope, organizer requirements and the approvals needed before production starts.
