LEAP Riyadh 2027

LEAP’s current homepage and ticket page advertise 12–15 April 2027 at RECC Malham, Saudi Arabia. Compare the organizer’s current passes before registering, and check the edition when following older links. Exhibitors can use this guide to prepare a booth brief around demonstrations, meetings, equipment and the allocated floor plan.

Use the current 2027 ticket route

Begin with the official 2027 ticket page and compare the access that matches your visit. At our review, it separated General, Priority and VIP options and provided additional routes for other attendee categories. Follow the relevant registration link from that page rather than reusing a saved link from a previous edition. Benefits, eligibility and prices belong to the organizer and can change, so this guide does not mirror a price list. If you plan to attend specific sessions or use networking features, confirm those benefits before booking. The website still contains 2026 programme and FAQ material alongside its 2027 homepage; check the year on every confirmation. A visitor pass, a startup programme application and an exhibition-space booking are distinct arrangements. Contact the organizer for ticket recovery or access questions. MBS’s booth enquiry is for production and does not register you for LEAP.

Confirm Malham access for your edition and pass

The current LEAP 2027 pages name RECC Malham as the venue. Use that complete destination when planning travel, and follow the organizer’s updated directions for your pass. Malham is separate from RICEC and Riyadh Front, even though all three appear in searches for Riyadh exhibition venues. Do not carry forward a parking entitlement, gate or shuttle arrangement from the 2026 edition without confirmation. Keep your registration details and meeting schedule available so you can check the relevant entrance and programme before departure. Exhibitors should obtain the current hall allocation, loading entrance and contractor badge instructions through their organizer contact. Public opening dates are not the construction access schedule. If equipment comes from another supplier, pass the approved delivery instructions to that supplier as well as the installation team. We avoid fixed travel-time promises because traffic and access arrangements are outside the booth production scope.

Design around one clear product experience

Decide what a visitor should understand or do before choosing the booth shape. A short software demonstration, a hands-on hardware trial and an investor meeting each need different space, equipment and staffing. Map that activity onto your allocated dimensions and open sides, then identify where people enter, pause and leave. Give the production team screen sizes, device dimensions, presenter positions and any storage or meeting requirements. If several demonstrations run at once, consider how their sound, queues and sightlines interact. A larger graphic is not a substitute for a readable screen or a clear explanation. Specify who owns the approved content and who operates the demonstration during the show. MBS can review the physical fabrication and installation requirements in the agreed scope; network services, software setup and live technical support need their own responsible supplier. We do not recommend a booth size without the allocation and operating brief.

Coordinate equipment, artwork and installation

Send the current exhibitor manual with your floor plan and required handover date. Agree when drawings, graphics and technical requirements must be approved so the production schedule can be reviewed against the organizer’s deadlines. Screens and devices supplied by another company should have a confirmed delivery and testing time within the installation window. Before opening, check the assembled booth with the actual presentation equipment: viewing angles, cable access, counter use and circulation can look different once devices and staff are present. Record which team resolves each type of issue during the exhibition. Keep a packing and return inventory for equipment and reusable components, and confirm when dismantling is allowed. A production quotation should identify what is included, what depends on another supplier and what still needs approval. MBS confirms availability from those details rather than publishing an invented final booking date or a generic delivery guarantee.

Common questions

Why does your calendar still show LEAP in 2026?

The Riyadh calendar preserves its verified 2026 dates. This guide follows the organizer’s current 2027 homepage and ticket page. Older programme and FAQ pages still exist, so check the edition before using any registration link, access instruction or exhibitor deadline for a new participation.

Does a ticket reserve a startup pod or exhibition booth?

Do not assume it does. Visitor tickets, startup programmes and exhibition-space arrangements have separate organizer routes and conditions. Confirm the package and allocation you have booked before commissioning production. MBS needs the actual floor plan and included items to distinguish additional booth work from what the organizer supplies.

Can we send you a design prepared by our agency?

Send the design, allocated dimensions, open sides, equipment list and current exhibitor manual. We review the physical production requirements and identify any clarification needed before quotation. Keep one approved version of artwork and drawings so your agency, technical suppliers and installation team work from the same information.
